Diseño de un sistema de registro y almacenamiento para la organización y control de materiales en el área de mantenimiento de la empresa Soluter s.a en la ciudad de barranquilla

Abstract

La falta de un sistema eficiente para llevar un registro y almacenar correctamente los materiales en la bodega, puede provocar pérdidas económicas debido al desperdicio de recursos. Esta tesis sugiere desarrollar e implementar un sistema para el registro y almacenamiento de estos materiales en un esfuerzo por aumentar la eficiencia operativa y la sostenibilidad ambiental. El objetivo es minimizar y reducir residuos de material innecesario y también reducir la re-adquisición innecesaria de material que se genera por la falta de un inventario, para abordar esa problemática se propone realizar un registro de los materiales que se almacenen en la bodega y un método de organización para asegurar la integridad y accesibilidad de los materiales. Se diseñará un sistema de registro y almacenamiento de los materiales por medio de una plataforma con la cual se podrá saber con qué materiales se cuenta y tener un mayor control de ellos para evitar que estos puedan sufrir daños o llegar a perderse. El uso de este sistema tiene como objetivo mejorar la eficiencia, evitar pérdidas, reducir los costos operativos y al mismo tiempo promover prácticas sustentables que mejoren la reputación corporativa y promuevan una industria más responsable.
