Implementación de Indicadores de Planificación Turística Para el Desarrollo Sostenible, Caso de Estudio: Puerto Velero, Departamento del Atlántico

El objetivo de este trabajo fue estructurar indicadores de planificación turistica para el desarrollo sostenible de la zona costera de puerto velero. El área de estudio se ubica en el departamento del Atlántico en el municipio de Tubará. Esta playa se presenta problemas de planificación por la inadecuada gestión de los habitantes de la zona. Se identificaron indicadores que permitieron caracterizar la zona y de esta manera conocer los problemas que tiene la playa. La metodología utilizada fue de carácter cualitativa en la que se realizó una serie de encuestas a los habitantes del lugar y de esta manera se pudo analizar en identificar los indicadores que se adecuan a las necesidades del lugar. Se evidenció que existe una presión muy alta de turistas, en comparación con los servicios que existe en la zona, esto genera una inadecuada de disposición de residuos, así como también una inapropiado gestión del espacio costero. Trayendo consigo mal uso del recurso.

The objective of this work was to structure tourist planning indicators for the sustainable development of the coastal area of the sailing port. The study area is located in the Atlantic department in the municipality of Tubará. This beach presents planning problems due to the inadequate management of the inhabitants of the area. We identified indicators that allowed us to characterize the area and thus know the problems that the beach has. The methodology used was of a qualitative nature in which a series of surveys were carried out to the inhabitants of the place and in this way it was possible to analyze in identifying the indicators that fit the needs of the place.
