Informe de práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa instituto colombiano de bienestar familiar en el área de primera infancia y prevención

Abstract

Este informe de práctica empresarial presenta la experiencia del estudiante Andrés Felipe de Moya Ortiz en el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), específicamente en el área de Primera Infancia y Prevención, en el centro zonal de Sabanalarga, Atlántico. El trabajo se orientó al fortalecimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIGE) en entidades contratistas del ICBF, mediante la organización documental, la implementación de lineamientos institucionales y la creación de un instructivo guía. En respuesta a las deficiencias identificadas en el manejo del SIGE por parte de las entidades administradoras de servicios, el practicante diseñó e implementó estrategias de organización documental con base en los cuatro ejes del sistema: calidad, seguridad de la información, salud y seguridad en el trabajo, y medio ambiente. Estas actividades se desarrollaron a través de capacitaciones, visitas de supervisión, recolección de formatos oficiales y acompañamiento técnico, con el fin de garantizar el cumplimiento contractual y mejorar la eficiencia operativa. El proyecto permitió la estandarización de procesos internos, la creación de un manual de organización SIGE ajustado a las realidades del territorio y la articulación de actores institucionales en la gestión documental. Asimismo, se analizaron dificultades recurrentes en el cumplimiento de los requisitos del SIGE, tales como la percepción del beneficiario, los planes de contingencia, y los permisos ambientales, proponiendo soluciones viables y sostenibles. Como resultado, se mejoró significativamente el porcentaje de cumplimiento SIGE en las entidades afiliadas, evidenciando un avance en la formalización de contratos y el empoderamiento de los representantes legales en la autogestión documental. El trabajo concluye destacando la importancia del acompañamiento técnico, la formación continua y la claridad normativa como pilares de una gestión eficiente y transparente.

This internship report presents the experience of student Andrés Felipe de Moya Ortiz at the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF), specifically in the area of Early Childhood and Prevention, at the Sabanalarga regional center in Atlántico. The work focused on strengthening the Integrated Management System (SIGE) in ICBF contractor entities through document organization, the implementation of institutional guidelines, and the creation of a guidebook. In response to the deficiencies identified in the management of the SIGE by service providers, the intern designed and implemented document organization strategies based on the system's four pillars: quality, information security, occupational health and safety, and the environment. These activities were carried out through training, supervisory visits, the collection of official forms, and technical support, to ensure contractual compliance and improve operational efficiency. The project enabled the standardization of internal processes, the creation of a SIGE organizational manual tailored to the specifics of the region, and the coordination of institutional stakeholders in document management. It also analyzed recurring difficulties in complying with SIGE requirements, such as beneficiary perceptions, contingency plans, and environmental permits, and proposed viable and sustainable solutions. As a result, the SIGE compliance rate among affiliated entities significantly improved, demonstrating progress in contract formalization and the empowerment of legal representatives in document self-management. The work concludes by highlighting the importance of technical support, ongoing training, and regulatory clarity as pillars of efficient and transparent management.
