Analysis of production processes from a reverse logistics perspective for the effective use of raw materials in an SME in the municipality of Malambo.

La presente investigación se ha llevado a cabo con la finalidad de analizar si el aprovechamiento de la materia prima de este centro estético y belleza es la adecuada, este centro estético brinda principalmente a la comunidad los servicios de medicina estética y belleza integral, ubicado en el municipio de Malambo Atlántico. La población muestra es de un establecimiento que cuenta actualmente con 6 trabajadoras capacitadas en sus funciones correspondientes, teniendo en cuenta el área desempeñar dentro del mismo.
