Proyecto de investigación perspectiva bíblica teológica del salario en Colombia y su relación con la justicia.

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación parte de un análisis sociohistórico del término salario, para conocer su concepción y significado, desde algunas regiones de oriente y occidente. Luego, desde una perspectiva crítica se indaga el concepto de salario en el contexto colombiano, para relacionar los elementos de justicia social y económico desde la jurisprudencia, para establecer la asignación del salario mínimo y cómo está posicionado en comparación con algunos países de latinoamérica; Lo anterior conlleva, a conocer las definiciones de justicia social, económica y de equidad salarial y cómo sus elementos ayudan a develar el nivel de desigualdad, discriminación laboral, informalidad y corrupción que se vive en estas regiones. De igual manera, con la ayuda de una encuesta, se obtuvo información básica sobre el tamaño y estructura de una muestra poblacional en una comunidad cristiana en Barranquilla, que permitió medir el conocimiento de la misma, acerca del salario, la justicia y la equidad. Por último, se hace exegesis del texto de Mateo 20:1-16, a través de una interpretación socio–económica, para hacer una aproximación de la realidad salarial de la sociedad del siglo I, con respecto al contexto colombiano, para así encontrar soluciones que mejoren las condiciones salariales que garantice una vida digna de los trabajadores y su familia.

This research work starts from a socio-historical analysis of the term salary, to know its conception and meaning, from some regions of the East and West. Then, from a critical perspective, the concept of salary is investigated in the Colombian context, to relate the elements of social and economic justice from the jurisprudence, to establish the allocation of the minimum salary and how it is positioned in comparison with some Latin American countries; This entails knowing the definitions of social, economic and wage equity and how its elements help to reveal the level of inequality, labor discrimination, informality and corruption that exists in these regions. In the same way, with the help of a survey, basic information was obtained on the size and structure of a population sample in a Christian community in Barranquilla, which made it possible to measure its knowledge about salary, justice and equity. Finally, the text of Matthew 20: 1-16 is exegested, through a socio-economic interpretation, to make an approximation of the salary reality of the first century society, with respect to the Colombian context, in order to find solutions that improve the salary conditions that guarantee a decent life for workers and their families.
