Análisis de la transición a la NTC ISO 17025:2017 en el laboratorio de calidad ambiental Barranquilla Verde

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el estado en que se encuentra el sistema de gestión del laboratorio ambiental del establecimiento público ambiental Barranquilla verde para afrontar la transición de su acreditación ISO 17025:2005 a ISO 17025:2017. Para determinar el estado en que se encuentra el sistema de gestión se implementó una metodología cuantitativa, se utilizaron herramientas como tablas y encuestas para la recolección de la información necesaria y el posterior análisis. Se evidencia que el sistema de gestión del laboratorio cumple con el 95% de los numerales establecidos por la norma ISO 17025:2017 para afrontar la transición que le otorgaría la actualización de su acreditación en ISO 17025. Para los laboratorios de ensayo y calibración es determinante contar con una acreditación en ISO 17025, ya que esto le permite gozar de un óptimo funcionamiento y entregar resultados más confiables a sus clientes.

The objective of this research project is to determine the status of the management system of the environmental laboratory of the Establecimiento Público Ambiental Barranquilla Verde, to face the transition of its accreditation from ISO 17025:2005 to ISO 17025:2017. To determine the status of the management system, a quantitative methodology was implemented by using tools such as tables and surveys which allowed for the collection of the necessary information and subsequent analysis. It was found that the laboratory's management system complies with 95% of the numerals established by the ISO 17025:2017 standard required to grant its new ISO 17025 accreditation. The ISO 17025 accreditation is particularly important. For testing and calibration laboratories it is crucial to have an ISO 17025 accreditation, as this allows you to enjoy optimal operation and deliver more reliable results to your customers.
