dc.description.abstract	El tema central de este trabajo se fundamenta en desarrollo de la estructura del área de servicio técnico en la empresa TECHNO IN SAS con el fin de aportar a la actividad comercial de la misma en función de la práctica profesional mediante la recolección de información y el estudio de las necesidades inmediatas de la empresa, se hizo necesarias varias reuniones con el gerente de la compañía y el análisis profesional del postulado a ingeniero biomédico. Posteriormente se obtienen resultados satisfactorios logrando la optimización de procesos y al llevar a la empresa a prepararse para un crecimiento gradual hacía las buenas prácticas en cuanto a lo que tienes que ver con certificados de capacidad de almacenamiento y/o acondicionamiento de dispositivos médicos, aclarando que la actividad económica de la empresa no está directamente relacionada con esta certificación, sin embargo, la proyección que se tiene a futuro le permite a la empresa implementar este tipo de requisitos y así seguir creciendo de manera exponencial.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The central theme of this work is based on developing the structure of the technical service area in the company TECHNO IN SAS to contribute to its commercial activity based on professional practice by collecting information and studying due to the company’s immediate needs. Several meetings were necessary with the manager of the company and the professional analysis of the postulate for biomedical engineers. Subsequently, satisfactory results are obtained, achieving the optimization of processes. When carrying out the company to prepare for gradual growth, it did good practices regarding what someone has to do with certificates of storage capacity or conditioning of medical devices, clarifying that the company’s economic activity is not directly related to this certification. However, the projection of a future allows the company to implement these requirements and thus continue to grow exponentially.	eng
