Diseño de una nueva unidad de negocio de servicio de mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos para Gomedical S.A.S.

Abstract

Actualmente en Colombia existen en el mercado una gran variedad de empresas enfocadas al servicio de mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos, muchas de ellas se encuentran orientadas al mantenimiento en ciudades principales y muy pocas ofertan este servicio en los diferentes municipios y departamentos del país. El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo establecer las bases teóricas para el diseño de una nueva unidad de negocio de una empresa distribuidora de insumos y dispositivo médicos, esto con el fin de generar un valor agregado tanto a la empresa como a los clientes dado que existen muy pocas empresas ofertando estos servicios para los diferentes municipios del departamento del Atlántico con calidad, precios y tiempos de respuesta óptimos, teniendo en cuenta los resultados obtenidos mediante el método de investigación cuantitativo utilizados para evidenciar estas necesidades.

The objective of this project was to establish the theoretical bases for the design of a new business unit of a company that distributes medical supplies and devices, this in order to generate added value both to the company and to the clients since there are very Few companies offering these services to the different municipalities of the department of Atlántico with optimal quality, prices and response times, taking into account the results obtained through the quantitative research method used to demonstrate these needs.
