El objetico principal de esta investigación fue evaluar los parámetros fisicoquímico y microbiológicos de acuerdo con la normativa vigente de agua para consumo humano Resolución 2115 de 2007, por medio de información secundaria. En primera instancia se compararon los parámetros fisicoquímicos y microbiológicos de los años y meses muestreados, teniendo en cuenta el artículo 14 de la resolución en mención, a vez por medio de encuestas al consumidor se logró conocer la percepción de los habitantes frente al servicio de agua que llega a sus viviendas, con el fin de identificar las posibles amenazas a las que se enfrentan por el consumo de agua en la población. Durante la encuesta al consumidor se logró concluir que el 30% equivale a 9 personas, las cuales coincidieron en manifestar que la calidad del servicio de agua está en un rango de BUENO, pero el más importante valor es de 70% que equivale a 21 personas, coincidieron en determinar que el servicio a nivel general era MALO. Los análisis de estudio revelaron evidencia de la existencia de valores muy por encima de los permisibles según la resolución 2115 de 2007, para cloro residual libre, dureza total y coliformes totales en las tomas de muestra de los años 2018 y 2020 caracterizando en nivel de riesgo ALTO, pero para el 2016 no se evidenciaron cambios en la muestra arrojando un nivel de SIN RIESGO.The present research work chosen as the study area the village of Villa Rosa Atlántico.
